Once you book one of our services on our website, you will be asked to fill out a form after the payment is processed. The form requires you to mention your basic details along with a brief medical history. Based on the details provided by you and the goal you want to achieve for your health and body, we will recommend you the a customised diet plan. The plan will mostly consist of items easily found in your kitchen or home garden.
Depending on the plan you choose, you will meet your dietician every 10 days to provide a feedback and receive changes in your plan as per requirement.

Definitely! You can reschedule your appointment but it must be done before your current appointment expires. You will be required to reschedule your appointment to a date within 30 days from the original date of appointment.
